How to Login
Your login information will be provided by the support team when your call campaign is setup. If you have trouble logging in or need help resetting your password, please let us know!
View Paid Calls
To view your paid calls vs. the total calls you have received checkout the reports tab in the portal. In reports you can view Total Calls or All Transactions. Filter for date range or even the reason a call ended.
Listen to Call Recordings
To listen to your call recordings got to reports > Calls > look at the last column on the right. This will let you hear the quality of your sales team and see where there is room for improvement. Hopefully you find this as useful as we do for quality assurance!
