Your account is just created in our system. The following steps need to happen before your account will be active:

  1. We will be sending you a test lead to the delivery you provided and an email with the test lead information from support@irelo.com with the subject line: ACTION REQUIRED - Test Lead Sent
  2. You will need to reply back to the email in writing that you have received the test lead. If you did not receive the test lead, please let us know and we will sort the potential issue with the delivery and resend the Test Lead. 
  3. Once we receive confirmation of the test lead, we will charge your first payment and activate your account.
  4. In the login portal, you should now be active with a positive account balance.
